🌿 Full Circle at Upper Room Clinic
Chelsea and I began with regenerative treatments at Upper Room Clinic, grounding us deeply before our travels to Shambhala
Chelsea’s HOCATT session blended ozone, infrared, PEMF, and ionic therapy into one powerful sauna experience.
I opted for the P‑Shot, a regenerative PRP therapy. Clean, powerful, and precise, administered with integrity and no upsell.
When I returned from Shambhala, I booked a HOCATT follow-up, reaffirming Upper Room not just as a clinic but as a place of full-spectrum reset and refinement. Their services: PRP, IV infusions, neurofeedback, Prolotherapy, O‑Shot, Botox, and more, are designed for restoration rooted in science and heart.
If you’re exploring vitality beyond performance, this is the best I’ve found.
🎶 Shambhala Music Festival: My Favourite Place on Earth
This year’s Shambhala Music Festival (July 25–28) at Salmo River Ranch in BC marked another pilgrimage for me and affirmed why it's still my favourite place on earth.
Nestled in the West Kootenay Mountains, Shambhala unfolds across a 500-acre working farm surrounded by evergreen forests and looming peaks. The Salmo River curves through the grounds, offering natural swimming holes and riverbanks to cool off mid-dance in the Living Room Stage float zone. It's a landscape that humbles and elevates in equal measure.
Over four days under open sky, six stages hosted over 140 artists, from Flying Lotus to Rezz, with art installations, forest pathways, and communal spaces that pulse with farmily energy. No sponsorships, just raw human creativity in a wild setting.
It’s a time capsule of intentional community or a sonic wilderness, it reminded me of Pluto’s future home: alive, untamed, and full of deep belonging.
🛠 Pluto Build-Out: Making Space for What Matters
Now back in Toronto, we’re full steam ahead on bringing Pluto to life.
We’ve locked in our location and sprinting to getting access to the space in early September to begin the build-out. Our aim is to open doors in October, right on time.
We’re:
Working with potential architects and designers who can build spaces for both work and wonder.
Finalizing a team of terraforming legends
Gathering a small crew of volunteers and early community members to co-create this next chapter.
Every conversation is infused with the same core principle:
Pluto is a place to be who you actually are.
From layout to light, from furniture to flow, we’re building something that honors the nuance of what it means to feel safe, seen, and sparked into motion.
Do you see yourself on Pluto? We’re accepting applications for our founding memberships with the first tier already scooped up by those closest to me. The second tier is still available and you can apply on our website.
🔥 Preparing for the Playa
While Pluto is unfolding here at home, my mind is also stretching toward the desert.
We’ve begun preparations for Burning Man 2025, returning to Black Rock City from August 24 to September 1. This year’s theme, Tomorrow Today, feels eerily aligned with everything we’re building at Pluto, visions grounded in presence, designed for futures we can actually feel.
The process isn’t just logistics and packing. It’s inner work too. Tuning the nervous system. Calling in the right crew. Dreaming up rituals, altars, activations. We're exploring ways to bring a touch of Pluto to the playa, whether through design, collaboration, or something simpler and slower.
If you’re heading to the dust this year, I’d love to connect on how we can land something meaningful together - on the play or back in TO!
🔥MANCAMP Update
Just around the corner, ManCamp 2025 lands September 18–21 on our sacred soils
at Merkaba Acres.
The land itself has been transforming. A new pond was just dug, expanding our relationship with the water and deepening the regenerative beauty of the space. What was once a vision on paper is now a physical, shimmering mirror to the sky. You’ll feel it when you’re there.

Moments after the dig finished - it starts filling up with fresh spring fed water. Hallelujah!
Rituals, fire, silence, sweat, song, brotherhood, and breakthroughs. This gathering isn’t a retreat. It’s a remembering.
Tickets are available at mancamp.ca - it’s going to be phenomenal.
If you haven’t got your ticket yet, please do as we’re just over a month out and they’re starting to fly off the shelf.
And while you’re at it - there is currently a 27 acre fire ablaze just north of Bobcaygeon 5 minutes up from the farm. It is uncontained as of today so if you have a moment, please make a prayer for rain to help extinguish the fire and restore safety to all! 🙏
🌈 Products I'm Enjoying - RAINBO🍄
How am I launching a new business, running a burning man camp and a festival all in the span all at once? I feel kind of insane managing all of this too and it’s not without challenge - but without challenge there is no growth, so I relish the opportunity to apply myself to these experiences and give it my all as often as I can.
2 of the most consistent products in my arsenal for this are Rainbo’s Cordyceps tincture and Lion’s Mane tincture.
Cordyceps is a beast for energy production, which at the core of all things I do is the most important thing. For without the energy to produce, nothing gets done, and cordyceps is one of nature’s most potent supporters of ATP producing, oxygen utilization and overall vitality that I swear by.
Lion’s Mane, along with being the coolest looking mushroom (IMO) is also a key player in my arsenal when it comes to supporting brain health and function. It improves mood, memory, focus and the alcohol free version truly tastes like candy so one can understand why I plow through these at mach speed.
